Description
An extremely sturdy and versatile Benbo Mk 1 heavy duty tripod, made in England, featuring tough aluminium tubing and a double ended centre column. If you know Benbo you'll know how versatile this can be, providing great stability for heavy camera/lens combinations whether at conventional eye level or extreme low level. Benbo tripods use a single locking mechanism that controls leg angle and centre column simultaneously. This design allows the legs and centre column to be freely positioned before locking, resulting in faster setup and a wider range of camera positions than traditional multi-lock tripod designs.
Comes with the original Benbo ball and socket head but also with a Manfrotto 128RC fluid head for video work, a lightweight design with pan bar and quick release camera mounting (camera plate not included but compatible ones are readily and cheaply available on eg. Amazon) with secondary security, ideal for cameras up to 4kg in weight. It has smooth fluid movement, with pan and tilt locks.
It's in good condition, fully functional with some minor cosmetic wear from use. One of the original rubber feet is missing but three new spiked rubber feet are included.
Comes with a sturdy Calumet branded canvas carry bag with strap for easy transport.
