Paul (the owner) , and Derek, Nicola, Ade and Mo (and also Jordan) were absolutely amazing. I have put lots of genuine reviews on Google maps (literally millions of views) and am always honest. The team work SO hard - I was at my late mum's house while they were clearing, thoughtfully and respectfully, and then while they were doing the most thorough deep clean ever (even vacuumed the loft!). The team were all friendly and respectful. There were one or two minor hickups and Paul resolved them immediately. Competitively priced (not the cheapest nor dearest) and worked REALLY hard and long hours to get the house clearance, deep clean, fence repair, new gate and removal of some other items in garden too.

Ellie did an amazing job bringing my ideas to life with a design that felt both beautiful and practical for everyday family use. When it came to the installation, Jordan and Jimmy were fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and full of realistic suggestions that helped shape the vision into something even better than I’d imagined. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process, which gave me so much confidence. Paul, the owner, was incredibly involved and supportive from the beginning. He regularly checked in, talked through my expectations, and handled any challenges with care and transparency. It was clear he genuinely wanted me to be happy with the end result — and that level of dedication really shows in the final outcome. Every aspect of the work was completed to an exceptionally high standard, including the painting by Mo, which added the perfect finishing touch. This project meant more to me than just a renovation. After a difficult few years where my home had fallen into disrepair, the team went above and beyond to help me reconnect with and love my space again. Their kindness and attention to detail made a real difference. I’m absolutely obsessed with my new bathroom — it’s everything I hoped for and more, truly Pinterest-worthy! It’s become a peaceful little haven for me, and I’m so grateful to the whole team for making that possible.
