I contacted this company on the recommendation of Bark.I phoned them yesterday and was asked to phone back in 2 hours.I did this ,no one available so I left my number on the answering machine asking for a callback. They didn't call me and I found out through the internet that they had declined my request. No direct contact, terrible customer service.I have rated this one star because I couldn't rate it 0.
