Hugh quite pleasant at first cut tree down ok. but decided to dump most of the branches in neighbouring gardens which I only found out after he made a quick get away .Called him later promised to come back.....still waiting looks like I'll have to pay again to get it removed.6 builders bags full. This company called me via Bark .com,I'll be wary about using Bark again.one star just for turning up.

Hugh (who I believe owns the Company) came around to the family home in Warrington to clean the front and back garden on Friday 24.10.25. He asked for £200 cash up front, which I stupidly paid for prior to attending a hospital appointment for my recent cancer diagnosis (whilst also going through a painful, messy and expensive divorce, which has sadly not enabled me to see my two young boys for the last 10-months plus; all of which Hugh was fully aware of). Unfortunately, the work was NOT done to a high standard (which is what Hugh adamantly said the work would be done to). Unfortunately, there were clumps of cut grass left in the back garden. In addition, the grass was not cut evenly, and the edges had not been trimmed properly. Since the initial work, he has not returned any of my messages or phone calls (to come back and do the necessary work). Worryingly, even before they undertook the work on my garden, they started putting their garden waste from the back of their van into a neighbour’s green bin, without even asking me whether they could or even confirm that it was actually my own bin. I would NEVER recommend Allyeartreecare for any of your garden work. I am very concerned that they will also do shoddy work for you and charge you too much for their shoddy services. I should have trusted my own instincts and not paid all that money for poor workmanship. Please be careful before you employ this Company for any of your garden work.
