I was very pleased with the speed of the response, the attitude of the person who contacted me, the short time before he could do the job and the price he quoted for the work. Mine was not a big job for a professional but was virtually impossible to a disabled man and it was completed in a quick time. The debris was cleared away to such an extent that it was difficult to see that major work had been done in the garden, which was left almost exactly as had been agreed. The only reason for not awarding 5 stars is that a follow-up visit was agreed, but not formally arranged, to discuss another job, but this has not happened yet. To be fair, there could be reasons for this of which I am unaware and I have not chased them for an appointment.

I couldn't believe how quickly I received a call from them - it seemed as though I had only just posted the job. As a local company they were working in the area and could visit me that day. He arrived before the arranged time rather than after it, which was impressive and as mine was not a big job (his words) he could do it the same week fitting me in around other local jobs. A time was arranged, and like before, he arrived early, did the job quickly and efficiently, and left the garden fully cleared up. I am very pleased with his work and he is now a permanent contact for the future. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Thank you, Bark!
