Description
Sportstech treadmill. Good range of speeds and programmes. Some sound quite strenuous to me! If it gets too much just step onto the edges and the support is solid. Auto stop mechanism works well. Folding mechanism is easy and it is easy to pull out when you use it. Monitor your heart so it is good if your doctor has told you to ddo more exercise or you dont like the streets at night. Save on gym membership.
