- Prepare professional travel proposals, client documents, and invoices
- Keep up-to-date with destination trends, industry news, and supplier promotions
- Provide excellent communication and support before, during, and after travel
- Take part in optional team calls and ongoing training opportunities
- Build lasting client relationships through outstanding service
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for travel and helping others
- Self-disciplined, organised, and confident with technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Background in travel, sales, hospitality, or customer service (advantageous but not essential)
- Bilingual skills (particularly Spanish) are highly valued
