Overtime: Weekend Overtime availble paid at time and a half.

Pay: GBP31,000 (Weekly) Temp – Perm

Yard Supervisor Drive Progress at Portbury

Are you ready to take the next step in your management career? We re looking for a proactive and motivated Yard Supervisor to join our busy Portbury site. You ll be central to keeping things running smoothly from managing vehicle storage and ship discharges to supporting and developing your team.

What you ll be doing:

Leading and motivating Yard Foremen to deliver results on time.Ensuring vehicles are stored safely, efficiently, and to customer standards.Building strong communication lines with customers, carriers, and port authorities.Taking ownership of incident investigations and reporting.Helping to shape the future of our operations with new ideas, better systems, and sustainable practices.Playing a hands–on role in staff training, development, and HR processes.Stepping up as Yard Manager when required. A confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.Someone who thrives on responsibility and is keen to develop their management abilities.Comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning industry–specific IT systems.A team player who is adaptable, forward–thinking, and quality–driven.
