Pay Rate: 13.50

Shifts: 4 days on 4 days off(included weekends)

Hours: 7am – 7pm or 7pm – 7am

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting multiple Team Leaders to join a busy warehouse operation based in Skelmersdale. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well–established and fast–paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives. Allocate workloads and monitor daily performance against operational targets. Oversee goods–in, goods–out, picking, packing, and stock control activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies. Deliver team briefings and provide ongoing coaching and training. Monitor productivity and quality standards, identifying opportunities for improvement. Assist with staffing levels, attendance management, and performance reviews. Investigate and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively. Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory records. Support management in achieving service, cost, and efficiency objectives. About You

Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Warehouse Operative position. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent organisational and problem–solving abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Good understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and health & safety requirements. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team. What We Offer
