Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager with a background in clothing, fashion, retail or e–commerce fulfilment?

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing vintage clothing business that combines a thriving online retail operation with a busy calendar of pop–up shops, vintage markets and events across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of warehouse operations, ensuring stock is efficiently managed for online orders, retail events and pop–up locations. You'll lead a small team, oversee inventory, manage dispatch operations and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business.

No two days are the same. One day you could be overseeing customer order fulfilment, the next preparing stock for a major vintage market or coordinating inventory for a pop–up shop.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing the day–to–day operation of the warehouse and fulfilment functionLeading, motivating and developing the warehouse teamOverseeing the receipt, processing and storage of vintage clothing stockEnsuring online customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on timePlanning and preparing stock allocations for pop–up shops, markets and eventsCoordinating stock movement to and from retail events and temporary shop locationsManaging stock replenishment and returns following events and pop–up shopsMaintaining stock accuracy through regular stock counts and inventory checksMonitoring warehouse productivity and identifying opportunities for improvementManaging warehouse layout and storage systems to maximise efficiencyCoordinating inbound and outbound deliveriesWorking closely with buying, events and retail teams to support business requirementsImplementing and maintaining warehouse procedures and best practicesManaging returns and quality control processesEnsuring all health and safety standards are adhered to at all timesRecruiting, training and developing warehouse staff

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor or Fulfilment ManagerExperience working within a clothing, fashion, retail or e–commerce warehouse environmentStrong understanding of stock control, inventory management and order fulfilmentExperience managing and developing warehouse teamsExcellent organisational and planning skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritise workloads in a fast–paced environmentGood IT skills and experience using warehouse or stock management systemsA proactive and hands–on approach to leadershipFull UK Driving Licence preferredAn interest in fashion, vintage clothing or retail would be advantageous
