chemical, household, automotive, beauty ingredients and specialist products, supplying

customers throughout the UK.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse & Production Operative to join our

growing team.

This is an entry–level position and no previous warehouse or production experience is required, as

full training will be provided. The role is varied and hands–on, working across both our production

and warehouse operations to help manufacture, pack and dispatch our products safely,

accurately and efficiently.

We are looking for someone with a good work ethic, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with the production, filling and packing of Hexeal products. Operating production and packing equipment following training. Picking and packing customer orders accurately. Preparing parcels and pallets for dispatch. Labelling, sealing and checking finished products. Moving, organising and replenishing stock within the warehouse. Loading and unloading deliveries where required. Carrying out basic quality checks during production and packing. Keeping production and warehouse areas clean, tidy and organised. Following production instructions, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Following all company health & safety, chemical handling and PPE requirements. Reporting damaged stock, equipment faults, spillages or other issues to a supervisor. Assisting with stock counts and general warehouse duties. Supporting other members of the warehouse and production team as required. About You

You do not need previous experience we are more interested in finding someone with the right

attitude.

Ideally, you will have experience within a manufacturing, chemical, industrial, FMCG or

warehousing environment, with knowledge of the following:

Be reliable, punctual and willing to work. Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Be comfortable working in a busy warehouse and production environment. Be able to follow instructions and work safely. Have good attention to detail. Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Be comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet throughout the working day. Take pride in keeping their working area clean and organised. What We Offer

Full training provided. Permanent, full–time employment. GBP13 per hour. 40 hour work week. + overtime at GBP17.33 per hour.
