Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Operative:

AM Shift (06:00 – 14:00) – 13.46 per hourPM Shift (14:00 – 22:00) – 15.66 per hourNight Shift (22:00 – 06:00) – 16.66 per hourOvertime paid at 1.5x your basic ratePerformance bonus of up to 6 per hour on top of your basic pay 1 per hour pay increase after 12 weeksPaid weekly every FridayThe job is 5 out of 7 and is not a standard Monday to Friday

Your role as a Warehouse Operative:

Voice picking using LLOP (full training provided)Working alongside AMR robots that support the picking operation (This is a fast–paced role that keeps you moving, with colleagues regularly achieving up to 15,000 steps per shift – perfect for anyone who enjoys staying active while earning a great wage!)Ensuring the picking is completed to the required standardAccountability for the timely and accurate distributionContributing towards their culture of trust, respect and togethernessUsing MHE
