Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Location: Hinckley LE10

Hours: Full–time, Monday Friday

Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts

Week 1: 6:00am 3:00pm (30–minute unpaid lunch break ; 2 paid tea breaks) Week 2: 1:00pm 10:00pm (30–minute unpaid lunch break ; 2 paid tea breaks) Pay: GBP12.97

Contract Type: Temp to Perm (10–week TTP)

Support the day–to–day running of the warehouse operation including Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control Pick, pack, and prepare materials for field installation teams Assist with stock organisation, inventory checks, and stock accuracy Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment Support continuous improvement within the operation Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily workflow Follow all health & safety procedures at all times THE REQUIREMENTS

Previous warehouse or distribution experience would be beneficial Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the wider team Ability to work well independently and within a team environment Basic IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems Forklift experience would be an advantage but is not essential Please note (essential): This role involves driving company vehicles. Due to the client's motor insurance policy, applicants must be 21 years of age or over and hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
