Warehouse Operative / Container Loader Stanford–le–Hope

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Container Loaders to join a busy distribution operation based in Stanford–le–Hope.

This is a long–term, consistent role with the opportunity to secure a full–time contract after 13 weeks, subject to performance and attendance.

Shift Patterns:

You may be required to work a combination of the following shifts, or one set depending on operational requirements:

Monday to Friday

18 00

23 00

Tuesday to Saturday

04 00

Flexibility across shifts is preferred.

Pay Rate:

GBP12.71 per hour

Weekly pay (one week in arrears)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading containers

Handling items up to 35kg

Organising parcels onto conveyor belts

Working within one department for the duration of your shift

Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment

Candidate Requirements:

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

Reliable and punctual

Able to work early mornings, evenings and nights as required

Previous warehouse or container loading experience beneficial but not essential
