We're currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a world–leading medical healthcare company based in Sittingbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected employer where your work truly makes a difference.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be an essential part of the operation, ensuring products are picked, packed, and processed with accuracy and care. Duties include:

Using handheld devices for precise order picking in a clean, ambient warehouse.Maintaining and organising stock records.Completing paperwork and updating systems accurately.Supporting colleagues with urgent requests and contributing to process improvements.What's On Offer

Pay: 13 per hour (with opportunities to progress).Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Weekly rotation of early (6am–2pm) and late (10am–6pm) shifts.Environment: Clean, safe, and supportive workplace.Development: Ongoing training and opportunities for growth within a global company.About You
