Warehouse Operative

Location: Swindon

Pay Rate: 13.28 per hour

Shift Pattern: Rotating weekly shifts (Early: 07:00–15:00 Late: 15:00–23:00)

We are looking for General Operators to join our production team in Swindon. You will support pharmaceutical manufacturing by following procedures, maintaining a clean working environment, and ensuring product quality and accuracy of documentation. You'll work as part of a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork.

Main Responsibilities

Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and gowning.Support material handling and transfer within cleanroom areas.Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to cGMP standards.Operate machinery such as part washers and autoclaves.Assist with packaging, labelling, and product weight checks.Record all work accurately and report any issues to your team leader.Maintain correct stock levels and expiry checks.Perform environmental monitoring once fully trained.Requirements

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or laboratory work.Experience in a cGMP or cleanroom environment is a plus.Good attention to detail.Able to follow written and verbal instructions.Team player with a focus on safety and quality.Work Environment
