Description
HGV Class 1 driver
At least 6 months road experience on Class 1 required
24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 HGV drivers on behalf of our client in Swindon.
We require Class 1 HGV Drivers to work on full week basis. Working out of their RDC you will be trunking goods to a client stores throughout the UK. On some of the deliveries handball is required.
HGV Class 1 driver will require:
Hold valid a Class 1 / C+E LicenseNo more than 6 points (No DD's, DR's, TT's or IN's)Hold valid Tacho and CPC cards HGV Class 1 driver work will involve:
Working for one of fastest growing business in the Midlands, our client offers new modern trucks and opportunity to gain experience 40-55 hours per week (on average)Immediate start available2 hour assessment required (unpaid)induction (paid) Available shifts are:
Guaranteed PM Friday to Monday (after 12:00 starts)Additional shifts availableAdHoc shifts with different start times and shift patterns might be considered HGV Class 1 driver will receive:
PAYE Dynamic rates
Days between 05:00 - 20:00 GBP19.63 per hourOT after 42.5hrs weekly GBP24.55 per hourNights between 20:00 - 05:00 GBP20.71 per hourWeekends GBP26.65 per hourBH GBP28.86 per hour Weekly Pay - Every Friday
28 days accrued annual leave per annum (roughly 2.5 days a month)
