We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager (Nights) to join a market–leading foodservice wholesaler and distributor.

The Role

As Warehouse Manager (Nights), you will be responsible for leading the night shift warehouse operation, ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate handling of stock while delivering excellent service levels.

You will lead, motivate and develop your team, creating a positive working environment where people feel valued and recognised for their contributions. Safety will be at the forefront of everything you do as you work collaboratively to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop your team to reach their full potential

Provide strong people management and leadership

Communicate clearly and consistently, ensuring the team receives key operational messages

Manage recruitment, absence, performance, conduct, safety and service standards

Allocate workloads effectively, considering team capability and legal driving hours

Conduct thorough investigations where required

Ensure all goods are picked, checked, numbered and stored safely and efficiently

Manage company equipment to ensure it is well maintained and organised for maximum productivity

Act as a role model, demonstrating company values and leadership during both routine operations and challenging situations

Package

Salary: 45,000 basic

Holiday: 25 days annual leave
