Warehouse & Facilities Manager / Grimsby / Up to 40,000 per year D.O.E. + Benefits

BlueSky is looking for a hands on Warehouse Manager who loves leading from the front, so if you have the drive to improve processes, motivate people and make a real impact, this could be the role for you.

We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Warehouse & Facilities Manager to take the lead in a busy and fast–paced operation. This is a genuine boots–on–the–ground role where you'll have the opportunity to shape the operation, drive positive change and build a happy, motivated and high–performing team.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll oversee Warehouse, Production/Rework, Inventory Control, Quality Assurance and Facilities, ensuring the operation consistently delivers high standards of service, efficiency and accuracy.

Leading, motivating and developing a positive and high–performing operational teamTaking ownership of day–to–day warehouse, production and dispatch activitiesDriving improvements in productivity, efficiency, quality and customer serviceMaintaining excellent inventory accuracy and stock controlManaging stock takes, cycle counts and resolving inventory discrepanciesMaintaining high standards of quality, compliance, housekeeping and operational safetyManaging warehouse facilities, equipment and operational readinessIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and implementing positive changeCoaching and supporting your team to achieve their full potentialLeading from the front and getting involved in the day–to–day operation when needed What we're looking for:

You'll be a confident and capable leader with previous experience managing a warehouse or operational environment. You'll enjoy being visible within the operation, working alongside your team and taking pride in making things run better.
