Connect Appointments are recruiting an experienced Warehouse Charge Hand to join our client's busy facility in Carlisle.
What's on offer?
Full–time permanent position – 41 hours per weekWorking Tuesday to Saturday, 1pm to 10pmAn annual salary of 28,078.44 per annumIn this hands–on role, you'll lead a small warehouse team, ensuring smooth operations and helping get technology products ready for delivery. Your day–to–day duties include:
Lead and engage your warehouse team to deliver high standardsManage warehouse processes including shunting, loading/unloading, and operating MHESupport safe transport and handling of technology productsHelp maintain organisation and efficiency across the siteThis is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys coaching and motivating others. Previous experience overseeing or supporting warehouse teamsExperience of coaching or mentoring colleaguesStrong communication and time management skillsFLT licence and experience is advantageousDriving licence preferredRecycling experience desiredIf you're proactive, organised, and enjoy leading a team to deliver results, this is the role for you.
