Vehicle Delivery & Collection Driver – Blue Arrow

Salary: circa 30K per annum

Location: Midlothian

Job Type: Full–time

Hours: Operational between Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm Saturday, 8:00am – 12:00pm ( you will work a maximum of 48 hours per week including every 2nd Saturday, the option is available to work a 35 hour week but salary will reflect that)

Are you an experienced driver with excellent organisational skills? Blue Arrow is recruiting Vehicle Delivery & Collection Drivers to join our client's team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the road, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring vehicles are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out pre–delivery vehicle checks and complete QC sheets accuratelyPerform boot–to–boot checks with clients during handoversObtain correct details and signatures on collectionsCommunicate effectively with rental staff while on the roadManage branch expectations and liaise with clients professionallyComplete fuel receipts and driver logs dailyCapture and send clear, ordered pictures for every delivery/collectionReport ETA updates and any issues promptlyCheck driving licences on delivery where requiredAssist with additional duties such as valeting or garage cleaning when needed

What We're Looking For

Full UK driving licence (maximum 4 points)Strong organisational and time management skillsIntermediate IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience in the rental industry (preferred but not essential)Knowledge of vehicle inspection and damage assessment processes
