The Role

As a Transformation Manager, you'll lead high-impact projects, partnering with commercial and operational teams to deliver significant savings and improve customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end transformation projects, defining delivery requirements and success criteriaConduct detailed analysis of business operations and propose innovative solutionsMobilise and manage cross-functional delivery teamsCreate and align delivery plans across various functionsIdentify opportunities for intelligent design, including automation and straight-through processing Required knowledge and experience:
