We now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Freight Forwarding Specialist to join a privately owned freight forwarding company with a solid and flourishing reputation, providing competitively priced, time sensitive distribution packages and associated services to many blue–chip companies.

The company is a very successful Road freight forwarding company in the main but are now looking to strengthen the air and sea freight division and are looking for the applying candidates to have sea and air freight experience to be able to support and guide them with their air and sea freight clients

In order to apply you will have air and sea freight forwarding experience, be commercially minded with experience of handling bookings, quotes, multi modal freight documentation, with customs knowledge

Dealing with general enquiries from internal & external sources so a personable/ good on the phone/ email / customer services in general

Experience and skills required

Customs experience

Sea and Air Freight experience

Commercially minded

Account Management (preferable)

European Road Freight experience (preferable)
