Treehouse Hotel London is looking for a proactive, professional and hands-on Security Supervisor to lead our team of two Security Officers and help ensure a safe, secure and welcoming environment for our guests and colleagues.

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day security operation, maintaining high standards across the hotel. You'll lead by example, manage patrols and access control, investigate incidents, oversee security procedures and support fire safety and emergency preparedness.

Working closely with departments across the hotel, you'll play a key role in protecting our guests, colleagues and assets while delivering security in a friendly, discreet and guest-focused manner.

You will:

Lead, supervise and develop two Security Officers.

Oversee hotel patrols, CCTV monitoring, access control and key management.

Investigate incidents, maintain accurate reports and escalate concerns appropriately.

Support fire safety, emergency procedures and health and safety compliance.

Maintain security records and follow up actions through systems such as Shield Safety.

Identify risks, challenge poor practice and recommend improvements.

Work collaboratively with hotel departments to deliver a safe and exceptional guest experience.

What We're Looking ForPrevious hotel security experience, ideally at supervisor or team-leader level.

Experience leading colleagues and responding to security incidents.

Knowledge of CCTV, access control and emergency procedures.

A valid SIA licence appropriate to the duties undertaken, where required.

Strong communication, organisation and reporting skills.

A calm, confident and professional approach, with excellent attention to detail.

Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
