Description
Vivid Resourcing are currently seeking a Rural Estates Surveyor to join a team on an interim basis for an initial 6-12 month period.
Key Duties:
Handling a range of landlord and tenant matters such as lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears, and new lettings on agricultural and residential properties.
Day-to-day estates management responsibilitiesRequirements:
MRICS qualification is preferred
Registered Valuer status is not required
Previous estates management experience is vital, you must have Rural experienceThis role offers flexible working with one/two days a week in the office, the preference for this role is part-time working for 2-3 days per week.
