Description
Overview:
We’re working with a London-based Local Authority seeking an experienced Reviews Officer to support their Housing service. This is a hybrid role, combining home working with office attendance as required.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Managing statutory housing reviews in line with Housing Act legislation
*
Reviewing decisions relating to homelessness, suitability and housing duties
*
Preparing detailed decision letters and legal documentation
*
Liaising with legal teams, housing officers and external partners
*
Ensuring cases are managed accurately within timescales
Requirements:
*
Proven experience working as a Reviews Officer within a Local Authority
*
Strong knowledge of housing legislation and statutory review processes
*
Excellent xjnqpsq written communication and case management skills
*
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Working Arrangements:
*
Hybrid working (London office attendance required)
*
