About the Role:

I am looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Repairs Administrator with essential experience in the housing sector to join the team in East London. This role is vital in ensuring tenants receive prompt and professional support for repair issues, while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Log and manage repair requests from tenants, ensuring accurate documentation and swift action.

* Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to arrange and follow up on repair works.

* Track progress of repairs and ensure timely completion of jobs.

* Handle incoming calls from tenants, providing support and resolving repair-related queries.

* Ensure all repair activities comply with health and safety standards and internal procedures.

Requirements:

* Experience in the housing sector is essential – ideally in repairs, maintenance, or tenant services.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

* Familiarity with housing management systems or CRM tools is desirable.

* Understanding of health and safety compliance in housing repairs.

* Immediately Available to interview and start.
