Prime Appointments are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join a well–established food manufacturing company based in Witham, Essex.

Working within a busy production environment, you will play an important role in ensuring products are prepared, packed, and checked to the highest quality standards before distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing and preparing food products efficiently and accuratelyCarrying out quality control checks to ensure products meet company standardsMaintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the production areaManaging pot washing and cleaning duties effectivelySupporting the production team with general factory duties as requiredFollowing all food safety and health & safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience within food production or manufacturing is beneficial but not essentialA strong work ethic and good attention to detailAbility to work in a fast–paced environmentReliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a teamPositive attitude with a willingness to learn
