Location: Samlesbury, Hybrid - 3 days a week on site, depending on business needs - occasional International and UK travel

Job Description:

You will support the Procure to Pay process by ensuring timely order placement, accurate data, and effective delivery performance across a fast paced supply chain. Working with senior team members, you will help manage the order book, resolve invoice and goods receiving queries, and maintain compliance with procurement governance, policy, and process requirements. Your work ensures parts and materials flow smoothly to support operational needs.

Core duties:

Place purchase orders in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to supply chain governance, supplier accreditations, and export coordinates Update delivery dates across multiple ERP systems to maintain accurate, reliable order book data Support senior colleagues with order book reviews, invoice coordinating, and goods receiving queries Maintain effective customer management while interfacing across the Air business and wider functions Support the Procurement Executive in coordinating and delivering work transfer activities, ensuring continuity of supply and adherence to governance requirements Essential Skills:

Procurement experience with understanding of supply chain order book activity, including coordinating purchase orders, updates, queries, and invoices Considerable ability to interpret procurement data, identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities, and apply governance and process controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency Continuous improvement mindset, with examples of identifying opportunities and contributing to solutions within procurement or similar environments Considerable IT capability and project management skills (project planning, identifying enablers, managing critical paths), with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Able to compile, interpret, and present data driven recommendations, including effective use of Tableau The Air Procurement Performance Delivery (Equipment) Team:

This team is integral to the development and maintenance of aircraft, taking responsibility for of the full lifecycle of products and components.
