Hiring Picker Packer roles in Mansfield

Location: Distribution Centre, Shirebrook, Mansfield NG20 8RY

Join our amazing team working with one of the UK's biggest and best–known British retail groups.

Requirements:

A good standard of verbal and written English

Good numeracy skills

Pay Rates:

Days – up to 12.30 p/h

Evenings – up to 13.05 p/h

Nights – up to 13.80 p/h

Extra 1/hour if the shift starts on Saturday & Sunday

Picker Packer role – Shifts & Hours

Days: 06:00 – 14:30 Any 5 from 7 40h/week

Evenings: 14:30 – 23:00 Any 5 from 7 40h/week

Nights: 21:30 – 06:00 4 ON / 2 OFF 40h/week

(Rotas applied accordingly)

Responsibilities as a Picker Packer:

Picking & packing sporting items

Scanning & pricing stock

Loading & unloading items

General warehouse duties

Physical Requirements:

Standing or walking for long periods (5–8.5 hours)

Lifting/moving products up to 25kg

Lifting, bending, reaching above head, crouching, stretching

Pushing/pulling up to 25kg

Manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
