Job Title: Parts Advisor

Location: NorwichSalary: Up to GBP27,000-GBP32,000 OTEWorking Pattern: 5-day week (including weekend work on a rota basis)

Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join a dynamic team within a fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between internal departments and external clients, with a strong focus on customer service, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for parts-related inquiries from internal teams and external customers.Provide expert guidance on parts availability, compatibility, and ordering processes.Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.Process orders efficiently using internal systems and ensure prompt delivery.Collaborate closely with service and operations teams to support workflow and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role (experience in a technical or product-based environment is essential).Proficiency in using dealer or inventory management systems (experience with Pinnacle is an advantage).Strong communication and organisational skills.Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.A passion for delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
