We're seeking reliable individuals to become Packaging Operatives with our food production client.
What's on offer?
A temporary ongoing opportunity – with a permanent role for the right candidateWorking Monday to Friday, 06:20 to 14:40Paid weekly 12.21 per hourWorking as a Packaging Operative, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Picking and packing of productsMonitoring quality control of products and raw materialUsing relevant production machinery and equipmentWorking on a fast–paced production lineManual handling and weighing of productsOther general warehouse/labourer dutiesTo be successful you will have previous experience within a warehouse, production or manufacturing environment – full training is provided. Other desirable skills and traits include:
The ability to safely and correctly stack goods on pallets for bulk shipmentsExcellent attention to detailAbility to spend long periods of time on your feetAbility to work on your own and in a teamExcellent organisational skillsAbility to follow both written and verbal instructionsExcellent time keepingPlease Note – You will be working in a cold environment; full protective equipment will be provided.
