Description
We are seeking a reliable and professional Owner Driver to join our team. This role involves managing your own vehicle to change batteries in InPost lockers efficiently and safely across designated routes. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivery driving, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to providing outstanding service. As an Owner Driver, you will play a vital part in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
Duties
Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance Replacing batteries in lockers around designated area Must be able to store and charge batteries at home Must have own van Pick up and deliver goods to various locations within the assigned area Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules, delays, or issues Follow all traffic laws and company policies during operations Ensure the vehicle is kept clean and well–maintained throughout the day Manage route planning to optimise efficiency and minimise delays Expenses
55p per mile for mileage Electricity reimbursement for charging of batteries in house This role offers an engaging opportunity for self–motivated individuals who enjoy driving and delivering excellent service.
