The Company:

Main duties:

Process sales orders accurately to ensure customers receive the correct goods, on time, and at the right price

The role:

– Handle dispatch administration and coordinate with couriers for the best shipping options and rates

– Communicate with internal departments to prioritise production and urgent orders

– Keep customers updated with order documentation, tracking details, and delivery information

– Obtain proof of delivery and resolve any delivery queries promptly

– Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets for Sales, Accounts, and Purchasing teams

The candidate:

– Previous experience in an admin role

– Good telephone manner

– Excellent customer service skills

– Confident and motivated candidate

– IT literate
