Description

Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for an opportunity to apply your professional skills in a different way?

We welcome applications from Occupational Therapists working across physical health, mental health, community, rehabilitation and social care settings, as well as newly qualified Occupational Therapists looking to develop specialist skills in vocational rehabilitation and employment support.

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist (Employment & Wellbeing) to join our specialist team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an innovative vocational rehabilitation model, helping people overcome health-related barriers and move towards improved wellbeing, independence and sustainable employment

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll support participants whose health, disability, neurodiversity or wellbeing barriers impact their ability to gain, retain or progress in employment. Focusing on functional ability rather than diagnosis alone, you'll undertake assessments, develop practical interventions, recommend adjustments and create personalised plans that support long term employment outcomes.

You'll work closely with Employment Advisors, Wellbeing Specialists and employers to help participants build confidence, manage barriers and prepare for sustainable work.

This role provides an opportunity to combine occupational therapy practice with meaningful social impact, helping people overcome barriers to employment whilst developing specialist skills in vocational rehabilitation, workplace health and supported employment.

Whether you're an experienced Occupational Therapist or looking to take your first step into a specialist vocational rehabilitation role, we'd love to hear from you. Structured support, supervision and professional development will be provided, helping you develop your skills and confidence within an innovative employment and wellbeing service.

This is a rewarding opportunity that combines occupational therapy, vocational rehabilitation and social impact, allowing you to use your professional expertise to improve lives and create positive change within local communities.

In return for your dedication, knowledge and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary of £37,796 to £40,000 per annum (dependent upon experience) with these great benefits:

25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off (with the opportunity to buy an additional 5 days)

2 Volunteer Days

Pension - 5% Employee / 5% Employer

Healthcare Cash Plan, including 3x salary life assurance

Annual salary review

Refer a Friend Scheme

Free access to Benefit Hub, including retail discounts, Cycle to Work Scheme and additional voluntary benefits
