Job Title: Nights HLOP operator – Minworth, Sutton Coldfield

Location: Sutton Coldfield

Pay Rate: 15.56 per hour

Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday8:00 PM – 5:00 AMContract Type: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a HLOP to accurately and efficiently pick customer orders at height.Work in line with warehouse processes and strict health & safety procedures.Accurately pick stock from high–level locations.Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet nightly targets and deadlines.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' warehouse experience is essential.Previous experience operating a HLOP truck is essential.A valid, in–date HLOP licence/certificate is required.VNA experience is desirable but not essential.Reliable, punctual, and safety–conscious.Willingness to commit to a long–term role and progress within the business.
