Location: Canterbury

Hours: 8am – 12pm and 12pm – 4pm shifts – You must be able to work 5 days out of 7

Contract: Temp Ongoing – Could go perm for the right person

Salary: £12.21ph

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Litter Picker to keep our client’s university campus clean, safe, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors. You’ll play an important role in maintaining the appearance of outdoor spaces across the university, taking pride in creating an environment everyone can enjoy.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect litter and waste from pathways, green spaces, car parks, and external areas

* Empty bins and ensure waste is disposed of correctly

* Report any hazards, damage, or maintenance issues

* Use litter-picking equipment safely and responsibly

* Work as part of a friendly campus services team

What We’re Looking For

* A positive, can-do attitude and good attention to detail

* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

* Basic understanding of health and safety (training provided)

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

* Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not essential
