Housing Patch Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Housing Patch Manager to join a team within a local authority in Nottingham.

This role involves managing housing services across a designated patch, ensuring a high standard of service delivery to tenants while promoting community engagement and well-being.

As a Housing Patch Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for tenants, responsible for resolving tenancy issues, conducting estate inspections, and collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. You'll play a key role in maintaining safe, sustainable, and inclusive communities.

Key Responsibilities:

·Oversee housing management within the assigned patch

·Build strong relationships with tenants, resolving issues promptly

·Work closely with partner organisations and stakeholders

·Ensure compliance with housing policies and procedures

·Lead on local initiatives to improve service delivery and community outcomes

Requirements:

·Proven experience in housing or tenancy management

·Strong leadership and people management skills

·Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

·Ability to commute to the Aspley area regularly
