Location: Watford, Hertfordshire

Hourly Rate: 24.00 – 26.00 per hour

Job Type: Full–Time Ongoing Long–Term Contract Part Time

About the Role

Prime Placers Recruitment is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 (C) Brick Grab + Remote HIAB Driver for a long–term, ongoing opportunity based in Watford, Hertfordshire.

This is not a builders' merchant role. You will be working within a specialist industry, transporting and moving high–value equipment using a Brick Grab + Remote HIAB. The work is varied, professional and offers excellent long–term stability with full–time hours.

Key Responsibilities

Operating HGV Class 2 (C) vehicles safely and professionally. Loading, unloading and moving equipment using a Hook HIAB crane. Carrying out deliveries and collections across customer sites. Completing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects. Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently. Completing all delivery paperwork accurately. Complying with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and Tachograph regulations. Representing the business professionally while on customer sites. Requirements

Valid HGV Class 2 (C) licence. Valid CPC Qualification Card. Valid Digital Tachograph Card. Brick Grab + Remote HIAB certificate (ALLMI or ITSSAR) is essential. Previous Brick Grab + Remote HIAB operating experience. Excellent understanding of driver hours and road transport legislation. Professional, reliable and safety–conscious approach. Good communication skills and customer–facing attitude. What We Offer
