Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. This role involves transporting goods using 18t Curtainside lorries, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

Operate 18t lorries to transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.

Load and unload cargo, securing it appropriately for safe transport.

Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required by company policies.

Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of yourself and others on the road.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.

Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.

Experience

Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar commercial driving role is essential. Minimum 2 years driving experience and a clean driving licience ( Our linsurance Requirement)

A valid commercial driving licence is required.

Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices in driving.

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of safety.
