Warehouse Operative – FLT Reach Driver (Night Shift)

Location: Leeds, LS9

Shifts: Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm – 6:00am

Pay Rate: 13.04 per hour

We are currently looking to recruit reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives (FLT Reach Drivers) to join our night shift team in Leeds (LS9).

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations – from picking orders using forklifts to loading vehicles for delivery and assisting with the cutting of flooring products as required.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast–paced environment, are detail–oriented, and can work efficiently during night hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking orders from the warehouse using Forklifts (Reach and/or Counterbalance).

Loading vehicles for delivery, ensuring accuracy and correct dispatch.

Using in–house systems (tablets/RF scanners) to print jobs and track orders.

Cutting flooring products as required to fulfil customer orders.

Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.

Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

Previous experience operating FLT Reach Truck (and/or Counterbalance).

Ability to work efficiently and accurately during night shifts.

Comfortable using in–house systems (tablets, RF scanners).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Flexibility and reliability are essential.
