We currently have a temporary role available within the DS Smith site at Smethwick. This role is ideal for someone with previous Warehouse, production or manufacturing experience

Role: FLT Counterbalance

Shifts: Monday – Thursday 6am –2pm and Friday 6am –1pm and the following week Monday–Thursday 2pm–10pm and Friday 1pm–8pm

Pay: 16.27 per hour

Duration: Temp ongoing x2 positions

Location: DS Smith, Summit Crescent,Smethwick,West Midlands. B66 1BT

Role & Responsibilities

As a Production/ Warehouse operative and FLT driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods, from receiving to dispatch. You'll be part of a friendly, collaborative team committed to providing excellent service.

Main tasks include

Picking and packingLoading and unloading goods from vehicles with FLTMaintaining a clean and organized work area.Adhering to all health and safety regulations at all times.Requirements

3 Years of recent experience driving FLT Counterbalance

Previous experience as a warehouse operativeAbility to work effectively as part of a team.Good communication skills.Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.Physical stamina for warehouse work.Reliability and punctuality.Ability to work effectively under pressure.Benefits:
