Location: Docklands
Salary: £14.27 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent (Immediate start available)
Hours: 05:00 - 13:30, Monday - Friday (Shift pattern may vary to Tuesday - Saturday post-training)
Position Overview
We are seeking an organized Vehicle Administrator for a temporary-to-permanent role at our Docklands site. This position balances office-based fleet administration with hands-on vehicle compliance management, ensuring our commercial delivery fleet operates efficiently and safely.
Core Responsibilities
* Fleet Compliance: Conduct routine physical inspections on fleet vans, log mileage, and document structural or mechanical damage.
* Data Management: Maintain fleet logs and ensure high data accuracy within Google Sheets and internal company databases.
* Supplier Coordination: Manage external garage bookings, schedule preventative maintenance, and track vehicles undergoing off-site repairs.
* Logistics & Movement: Reposition fleet vehicles between local depots and maintenance facilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Licence: Full UK Driving Licence with the appropriate entitlement to operate vehicles.
* IT Literacy: Proficient in data entry and spreadsheet management via Google Sheets.
* Communication: Strong English communication skills for professional liaison with external service partners and internal stakeholders. xjnqpsq
* Aptitude: High attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and the ability to work autonomously.
* Equipment: Candidates must provide their own safety footwear and black cargo trousers (partial company uniform provided)
