Description

A brand–new opportunity for a Distribution Administrator on a fixed–term contract to mid–January 2027.

– Mon Fri, 9am 5pm (37.5 hours per week).

A leading supplier of healthcare products is recruiting for a distribution administrator to help teams throughout the distribution site with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities will include

Acting as the main contact into Distribution for the customer care branches and taking appropriate actions in support of change to orders currently in Distribution.

Facilitate the organisation of urgent deliveries, transfers between warehouses and same–day deliveries.

Discussing branch communications with Distribution and any issues related to patient services on a regular basis with the Operations Manager.

Provide administrative support for the sampling process by generating the necessary paperwork to aid the Distribution Team in timely and effective sample generation.

Generate invoices and raise credit requisitions at the end of the returns process.

Regularly check how much packaging and other consumables are used and placing orders for more to make sure there are always sufficient supplies. Skills & Experience Required –

Outstanding administrative skills, with the ability to self–sufficiently manage tasks according to priority. Exceptional customer care experience, confident to communicate with various internal stakeholders, whilst effectively managing expectations. Adaptable to changing and evolving business processes. A team player, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Self–motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience handling administrative tasks requiring confidentiality and adherence to GDPR. Well organised with high attention to detail.
