What You Will Do:

– Design and integrate electronic and mechanical components, ensuring seamless interfacing during the development of electro–mechanical systems.

– Collaborate with cross–functional teams to define requirements, analyse feasibility, and propose solutions that meet customer needs.

– Lead the creation, compilation, and management of programme requirements, ensuring all relevant systems are populated and new requirements are authored as necessary.

– Develop Simulink models, functional requirements documentation, and test cases, incorporating machine learning features into driver modes and attribute functionalities.

– Define and execute test plans, including UK–based and overseas testing in hot and cold climatic conditions, while managing budgets and multi–functional teams.

– Represent the project team during milestone reviews, gateway events, and technical issue discussions, ensuring all targets are met and progress is reported effectively.

What You Will Bring:

– Proven experience in software integration, calibration, and delivery, with a strong understanding of feature delivery processes.

– Expertise in machine learning, motion detection, prediction, and scanning, as well as ADAS system design and integration.

– Exceptional project management skills, including time management, organisational abilities, and budget handling.

– Strong analytical and problem–solving skills, with a robust scientific approach and knowledge of design of experiments.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including confident presentation skills and proficiency with MS Office.
