Role: Data Management Coordinator

Contract Length: 6 Months

Location: Hybrid – Canary Wharf, London (1–2 days onsite per week)

IR35 Status: In Scope

Pay Rate: £176.52 Umbrella

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented graduate with a Life Sciences background to support data management and validation activities within a high-profile public sector environment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with regulated medicines data and contribute to important healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and test data transformation routines to convert source data into accurate, load-ready formats for target systems

* Identify data gaps and data quality issues, supporting their resolution with internal stakeholders

* Assist in defining the scope and level of detail of data required for migration to target systems

* Represent the team at project meetings, providing updates on data validation and migration progress

* Perform detailed data validation to ensure accuracy and integrity within the medicines database

* Maintain and update database records with a high level of precision

* Conduct data entry and xjnqpsq verification of medicinal substance information

Essential Requirements

* Degree in a Life Sciences discipline (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, or similar)

* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

* Ability to work with structured data and follow validation processes

* Good organisational and communication skills

* Comfortable using digital systems and databases
