Factory Operative – Counterbalance FLT Driver
Shift work (7am–7pm, 4 on / 4 off)
12–Month Fixed–Term Contract (starting 23rd December 2025)
HRGO Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Factory Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence to join our client's busy production team on their production area/warehouse. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well–established manufacturing environment, working within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficientlySupporting production and warehouse operations as requiredLoading and unloading materials and finished goodsMaintaining a tidy and safe working environmentAdhering to site health & safety procedures at all timesAssisting with general factory duties when not on the FLT
Requirements
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or production environmentAbility to work 12–hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off (7am–7pm)Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a teamFlexible and committed to supporting the business during peak periods
