Job Title: Cleaning Operative – Transport
Rate of Pay: GBP13.45 per hour
Hours: 35 hours 19:30pm – 02:30am, to work 4 nights (between Monday – Sunday), so will include some weekends and bank holidays.
Location: Nottingham, NG7
Our client is seeking a Cleaning Operative to join their Transport Team. This role involves cleaning trams and carrying out periodic deep cleans of tram stops using jet–washing equipment.
A full driving licence is essential. Applicants must be able to travel to and from the Basford depot.
Key Responsibilities of the Cleaning Operative:
Clean trams and transport facilities to a high standard. Carry out deep cleaning and jet–washing duties. Vacuum, dust, mop and sanitise designated areas. Empty and reline waste bins. Complete floor maintenance, including buffing and polishing where required. Follow all health and safety procedures. Key Requirements of the Cleaning Operative:
Full driving licence (essential). Good communication skills and spoken/written English. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. Reliable, flexible and able to manage a varied workload. Flexibility to work weekends when required. Weekly pay and immediate start. This could be a temp to perm position.
