Class 2 RoRo Driver

Description

Driver Hire Southampton is currently recruiting Class 2 drivers for an exciting opportunity with a leading client in the waste industry. This role involves operating Skip, RoRo and Tipper lorries, offering a great chance to join a reliable team and secure full–time work.

About this position:

Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays12–week temp to permWorking hours are 6:00am till 4:00pm (50 hour week)Delivering, collecting and exchanging skipsOperating RoRo lorries and tipping at sitesOperating Tipper lorriesCompleting daily vehicle checks and ensuring all delivery notes & PDA systems are up to dateComplete deliveries in time slotsWhat we require from you:

Full UK Class 2 driving licenceValid CPC and Digi Tacho cardRoRo and Skip experience preferred but not essential as 2–week training will be providedLicence held for a minimum of 6– 12 monthsChain experience is beneficialOwn transport to commute to and from workComply with the company's health and safety procedures and record Tacho hours correctlyBenefits of a Class 2 driver working for Driver Hire Southampton:
