Location: London

Rate: £75 per hour

Contract: Rolling Contract

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Class 2F Registered Building Inspector to join a well-established Building Control team on a long-term rolling contract basis.

This role offers the chance to work on a varied portfolio of complex commercial and residential projects, supporting a busy team during a period of sustained demand across the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

·Conduct site inspections and assess compliance with Building Regulations

·Manage a caseload of complex and high-risk projects in line with Class 2F competency requirements

·Carry out plan assessments and provide technical advice to clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders

·Ensure all work is delivered in accordance with current Building Safety Regulator standards and legislation

·Support the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused Building Control service

Requirements:

·Registered Building Inspector - Class 2F

·Proven experience within Building Control in either the public or private sector

·Strong technical knowledge of current Building Regulations and associated legislation

·Excellent xjnqpsq communication and stakeholder management skills

·Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
